By commissioning me, you agree to these terms

General
✧ I open limited slots per month 1 slot for animated commission and other available slots for other types. I may open another slot if there are any emergencies. This is first come, first serve unless rush fee is ordered.✧ I will work on one commission at the time so there may be a wait depending on my queue. Otherwise if you want to skip, please order a rush fee.✧ If there two or more people ordering animated slots. I will accept who dms first or purchased a rush fee, the other person has a choice to be added in the wait-list.Payment
✧ For prices below 10k rbx | $100 |₱5k:
Pay upfront.
For prices above 10k | $100 | ₱5k pay upfront 50% before i start, other 50% should be after sketch confirmation.✧ Before paying upfront, if not paid within 2 days or paying on estimated time you promise, the commission will be cancelled and you'll be removed from the public queue. Otherwise you may message me to cancel your commission if a event happened and I will gladly remove you from the queue.✧ Please make sure your budget ALIGNS with my prices. Otherwise I can't lower the prices or add free discounts, hence i will cancel your commission.✧ If you want to pay me through usd please refer to the alternative of robux giftcards or discord nitro/decor instead. I am unable to accept international payment as of this moment.✧ Php prices are only for FILIPINO clients. If your international client, please do not order in php and use the alternative payment Nitro/decor or robux gamepass or giftcards.✧ Refunds are not available after payment was sent. Otherwise if i unable to finish your order, you'll receive full refund.Service
✧ Provide your order's details in one message. Not "Hi are you open?" "May i commission?" etc. I have the right to politely decline your commission if I am unable. If there's a deadline, please state it in the beginning– the deadline should align with my TAT depending on the order.✧ Order's details must include:
- Character description (Reference, appearance, info, lore, etc)
- Clear image of the pose
- Theme, Scenery, Mood
- Otherwise if you want more artistic freedom please provide important details.✧ For wait-list, i only add people who are willing to wait. Please don't dm me saying that you want to commission me soon.Process
✧ My timezone is GMT+8. I'm mostly active during the late afternoon, evening, and midnights (Holidays and weekends). Since I am a student, i might not be able to respond promptly due to activities but I will let you know if it interferes with your commission.✧ Process is split into 7 parts.
- Rough sketch
- Regular sketch/lineart
- Coloring
- Rendering
- Overpainting and Adjustments
- Organizing and separating the layers.
- Animating, final adjustments and effects.✧ Small changes will be available during sketch and rendering stage, but revisions will be limited (3 times) otherwise there will be 572 rbx/$5/₱80 fee when the limit has exceeded. When the order is finished, there will be no changes.✧ For new clients, Creations will be HEAVILY pixelated, watermarked, and filtered until paid. After payment, watermarks will be small.✧ TAT is estimated 1-3 months for waiting time when added to the wait-list and 2-4 months after starting the rough sketch. Work period may be longer depending on my schedule. Otherwise I will let you know if I'm unable to continue within the TAT or the deadline. Please feel free to DM me for updates.✧ Expect updates on every artwork stages. I usually sketch composition in rough or clean sketches, please confirm or suggest anything before i continue.✧ I will post the commissions in most platforms, tell me if you want me to keep it private otherwise.Use
✧ Credit me when posting the commission with my username @ralvalie or a link to my main carrd. Don't use it for AI learning, claiming as your own, or stealing it. Don't alter/edit my artworks in any way (Including removal of watermark).✧ All of my commission works are for personal/non-commercial use only. To obtain commercial use, refer to the add on prices. Do not resell my commissions for a higher prices. I retain full ownership and copyright of all of my works.

✧ I'm open on drawing things that are not included in the table however due to beginner stuff, i advice commissioning somebody else who's more experienced.✧ For orders where there are chubby, skinny, etc characters, please order any of the chibi style types instead of regular style, because I am unable to draw them in regular style due to lack of skills in certain areas.
